1. Introduction

Welcome to Aura Botanica Studio. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Rendered

Aura Botanica Studio provides interior botanical design, installation, and ongoing maintenance services. Project scopes, timelines, and budgets will be explicitly defined in a separate written agreement prior to commencement of any installation.

3. Plant Health Guarantee

For clients enrolled in our comprehensive ongoing maintenance programs, we provide a plant health guarantee. Should a plant decline in health under our exclusive care (excluding force majeure, vandalism, or unauthorized client intervention), we will replace it at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply to installations where clients assume maintenance responsibilities.

4. Client Responsibilities

If the client chooses to maintain the installation independently, Aura Botanica Studio cannot be held liable for plant decline due to improper watering, drastic temperature shifts, or failure to follow provided care instructions.

5. Payments and Deposits

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure project dates and initiate materials sourcing.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation.
• Maintenance contracts are billed monthly at the beginning of the service period.

6. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, proposals, and photography of completed projects remain the intellectual property of Aura Botanica Studio. We reserve the right to photograph completed installations for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a strict non-disclosure agreement is signed.
